Having the correct emotional, physical and spiritual balance is crucial for our health and well-being. As we go through our daily life, the balance constantly changes depending on various factors in our environment, climate, age, recent situations and more.
Tibetan healer Amjila, who will lead the ‘Discover your Energy type, Follow its Flow, Love Yourself Retreat’ in May, explains about the three TriDosha energy types: ‘The TriDoshas (Vatta-Pitta-Kapha) are related to our body’s and mind’s distinctive features. In the retreat she will assist participants to discover their personal energy type in order to balance their energy flows and polarities within the main energy centers and channels.
Kundalini yoga instructor Sukhjeet will create specific daily Kundalini yoga asanas (postures) and kriyas based on the energy patterns, aiming to harmonize the imbalance of the Doshas. When the TriDoshas are strong and balanced we have excellent health, clarity of mind and are highly effective and functional in life.
In addition to these two traditions, Amjila also shares his knowledge on Ayurvedic medicine, an Indian tradition to balance the energy.
This six day retreat is a powerful key of transformation. It is a whole process of self-healing, working on the three dimensions: body, mind and spirit. Balancing them is the ultimate goal of Sukhjeet’s and Amijila’s teaching.
