Retreat Leader “Rajani” (Rebecca Fagan) is a Physiotherapist and instructor of Yoga, Pilates and Meditation. Rajani is an accredited Satyananda Yoga teacher having studied at Mangrove Mountain and Rocklyn Australia. For over 15 years Rajani has designed classes for students with a range of abilities to gently extend their practice.
She brings together experience from Satyananda and Iyengar yoga traditions to create a balanced and uplifting program.

Rajani has practiced meditation for over 20 years and for 10 years in the Shiva meditation tradition. Rebecca practices physiotherapy, acupuncture and yoga therapy at The Hartington Centre, Northcote, Melbourne. She is currently a student of Shiva Process and is completing level two training. Shiva process is a meditation technique to recognise and remove blockages which may inhibit aspects of our lives. We are then able to connect with our own divine essence and magically and effortlessly transform our lives.

With yoga asana we focus on the body, breath and awareness of the chakras to cleanse, revitalise and connect us, in the present, to our essential natures. Through meditation and guided yoga Nidra relaxation we can then go to deeper levels of consciousness and explore the bliss within.
