I will tell my friends that this was a once in a lifetime dream for this older lady. The Balinese people are the warmest and the most caring people I’ve ever met. I wish their innate friendliness could flood the planet to make it a better place. The spa treatments were the most thorough, complete, nurturing experiences I've ever had. I have never had better service than the service at Kumara Sakti and it was so beautiful! Most of the staff were courteous, caring, thoughtful, quick to help and on time. Only one or two of the staff did not perform well as others, i.e. smiling and being happy—but most of the staff were so gracious, friendly, caring and helpful. Thank you, staff of Kumara!
