Spa Culinary Experience
The six days / five nights retreat begins with an orientation
program and a welcome dinner prepared by chef Chris Salans.
During the retreat, Chris will offer four mornings of spa cuisine
hands on teaching, the healthy meals are shared at lunch time.
Beside learning how to prepare the meals, a visit of a supermarket
and organic farm is also offered.
Chris Salans, world renowned chef has made his restaurant Mozaic, in Bali, the first restaurant in South East Asia to be recognized as a 'Grande Table du Monde' (Best Table of the World) by "Traditions et Qualité" for it's fine cuisine and service, and the first to receive the Award of Excellence by Wine Spectator for it's wine cellar.
Body Conscious
Each morning yoga teacher Iyan Yaspriyana will host a 1.5 hour
cession of yoga and meditation. The yoga classes are designed
for beginners and intermediate participants.

ACCOMMODATION
THE ROOMS

Each room has comfortable beddings, is air conditioned, and
has its own terrace with table settings, mini-bar, bathtub and
shower, as it is a place for totally relaxing, there are no
television in the rooms. Some rooms have rice field’s
views while others are surrounded by a lush garden. The place
is Comfortable yet unpretentious.

Following breakfast, we will drive to Bedugul to visit one of Bali's popular organic farms.

Lunch will be taken by the lake in Bedugul and we will visit the famous Bedugul market.
