"Living from the Inside

General Information
‘Living from the Inside Out’ will explore ancient
Yogic philosophies, teachings, techniques and universal principles
– connecting us with our heart, enabling us to reach a state
of calm, then to maintain that state of calm for as long as possible,
and so experience the effects in our life…our health, our
relationships, our work, our contribution to life and living.
Thus we go within, find our truth (our heart), then emerge, and
so live our life from that place of truth (heart)….. living
from the inside out…. Knowing that each time we lose heart
(our truth) and it is part of life that we will…. we have
the skills and knowledge to go back inside, access it again, and
live from it again… and so it goes. That is the nature of
the universe – waves of contraction and expansion –
the Yin and Yang of life – and so we live in harmony and
flow with life, (instead of resisting it) experiencing the empowerment
that comes with calm control, living consciously, being masters
of our destiny. Thereby attaining improved overall health and
wellbeing through raising personal vibrations, strengthening our
immune system and organ function, leading to increased energy
and vitality, happiness and longevity.
‘Living from the Inside Out’ is designed with the
issues in mind that face all of us in some form today –
that is, offering skills to help attain and maintain health, balance
and quality of life while at the same time meeting the necessary
demands and pressures of our modern lifestyles and is suitable
for anyone who wishes to learn to live in calm and focused tranquillity.
The program is in two sections – Section I is an introduction
into stress/life management, while Section II is directed at maintaining
the management of our life, health and levels of stress.
As an optional extra life management and healing tool for self
and others, Reiki I training, initiations and attunements are
also offered at the end of Section I.
THE MEDITATION AND YOGA
Hatha Yoga, combined with Ashtanga and Iyengar
The meditation and yoga sessions are a soft approach to what may
become part one's daily life. Through meditation and yoga, people
from around the world and all levels of society have reached incredible
results in balancing the body, mind and spirit therefore achieving
more focus and in control over life's daily events.

ACCOMMODATIONS
The ten bedrooms Holistic Retreat is located
1.5 km from the heart of Ubud in Bali. Bordered to the west by
a small creek the eco-friendly retreat is surrounded by jungle
and rice fields. The centre offers 2 swimming pools, dining room,
Spa and a 100 sq. meter Yoga studio open to nature.
For our guests' ultimate serenity, children under 14 are not permitted
at the retreat.
ROOMS
Each room is air conditioned, has its own terrace with garden
mini-bar, bathtub and shower. Comfortable yet unpretentious.

PROGRAM ITINERARY
Day 1
Note: You may wish to arrive earlier at the retreat; in that case
we will be transferring you to Ubud on your day of arrival. Indicate
on the reservation form.
Transfer to ONEWORLD retreats at Kumara, Ubud
From the airport or anywhere in South Bali by private car and
responsible driver.
Welcome drink and visit of the property.

Herbal Massage - 1 hour 15 minutes
Our herbal massage is based on Ayurvedic principles, and uses
warm oil and professional hands to balance the chakras, the key
energy points in your body.
17:00 Evening meditation, basic yoga, understanding Chakras
and their relevance in our life, Chakra breathing and balancing

Spa Treatments of the day
You can choose between:
Herbal Aromatic Facial - 1 hour
This age-old treatment softens, moisturizes and firms the skin,
promoting new cell growth. First a refreshing cleanser is applied,
followed by a peeling and exfoliation treatment using a natural
herbal scrub.
Next, a face, neck and shoulder massage with a steam treatment
followed by manual extraction. After the application of a facemask
you can relax deeply for 15 minutes while it does its wonderful
work!
The treatment concludes with an application of a refreshing
iced towel and moisturizing cream.

17:00 Meditation and consolidation of information and
learning, Mindfulness meditation – 2 hours
Dinner
20:00 Agnihotra fire ceremony
After dinner, we will attend the powerful Agnihotra purification
ceremony with BR Indra Udayana in the yoga pavilion right after
dinner. During that ceremony, two pinchfuls of uncooked rice grains,
smeared with a few drops of cow’s ghee, are offered into the
Fire while two simple Vedic mantras are chanted. The Fire is prepared
in a semi-pyramid shaped copper-pot. Agnihotra has many positive
effects in addition to balancing the cycle of nature and nourishing
human life. It creates pure, clean and medicinal atmosphere.
Day 4
Enjoy our Spa treatments, practice meditation (with guidance) and
have some free time to relax.
After dinner, we will be taking you to Tirta Empul, Bali's most
sacred spring pools for a purification ritual. This mystical place
is visited by Balinese from all over the island, a local mangku
(priest) will carry out the prayers.
An exceptional way to finish the day of Reiki.
Exploration of Universal Principles. Compassion, self-compassion
and forgiveness.
This 17th century Javanese royal treatment consists of a traditional body massage followed by a body scrub with turmeric, sandal wood and rice powder,
an exfoliation of yogurt to eliminate toxins, and a fragrant blossom bath! A true royal treatment!
The interactive concluding session brings the program learning
and experiences all together, finishing with a closing ritual and
ceremony, including Hindu ritual of Puja, releasing of negative
emotions and mental and emotional cleansing
