Komang Desiani – After the Training – (Part 5)

It feels so good to be back home at Oneworld Retreats. Having been away for almost a month made me miss my team, all the retreat activities going on, everything! But the break was very important to me—I gained so much knowledge and wisdom about yoga, which in turn is now helping me on my path. The intensive practice during the training also guided me to go deeper into my self-practice.

I feel much more confident assisting the yoga sessions with my new, more precise adjustment skills. Leading my own yoga classes at Oneworld Ayurveda is such a great opportunity to apply all the things that I learned during the training. Finding my own groove of teaching, arranging the sequence of the classes, sharing the mythology and philosophy about every posture, that is so EXCITING!

In this video, I share my feelings after the training, about the whole experience and what I plan for my next step. I am sure you can tell how super happy I am.

It was an exceptional experience for me to finish the training. But, of course, it’s not the end of the journey—it’s the beginning of a new chapter in my life. There are still a lot of things to learn and to share. I keep reminding myself to stay focused on my progress and to open my mind to every piece of wisdom that life brings my way. And so, the real journey begins, can’t wait to see where it will take me!
