For me yoga is ‘complete’ system or experience and is constantly challenging me. It encourages me to be creative, it develops my intuition, and is a bridge to exploring my mind. One of the main reasons I choose yoga is for the sheer exhilaration and pleasure I get from the practice.
How do you come back to inner peace?
I think ‘coming back’ to inner peace may only be achieved after looking at what is blocking inner peace. Inner peace is like the fruit that results from addressing our issues, facing rather than avoiding our reality. I feel we arrive at inner peace through the practice of yoga and in doing so we are able to glimpse the possibilities of how a fulfilled life can be led.
Top wellness tip?
To listen to your body is my top wellness tip. Only when we listen can we reflect, and on reflection we can respond appropriately to our needs. I don’t think there is a definitive answer to this question as one approach rarely suit everyone.
