Jan lives and infuses her life with the devotion of yoga and wellbeing, creativity and love. She is an inspirational and passionate yogini who captures the essence of yoga and translates the awareness of breath and movement into a powerful healing experience.
Jan has more than two decades of experience and runs her own Yoga Centre, Pranayoga, in Bathurst, Australia where she teaches to both dedicated and new students. She also loves to travel and shares both her love of yoga and of travel through culturally rich yoga and wellness retreats. Jan leads yoga and wellness retreats in Australia and Bali as well as Yoga & Trekking retreats in India, Nepal, Bhutan & Morocco.
Jan teaches a Vinyasa style of yoga; moving fluidly in and between postures, using yogic breathing to relax and support the merging of body, mind and spirit. She does this with a sense of humour balanced with a quest of authenticity and caters to all levels of yoga.
