This retreat went above and beyond my expectations. This is my first yoga and wellness retreat. The staffs were friendly and professional. Our teacher Jan and Wayan were inspirational and I am to practice what I have learnt in their classes. The group of people in this retreat came from all walks of life and each one came to this retreat with a purpose. On our final days, we were all rejuvenated and inspired to live a calm and grateful life. Thank you for a very memorable birthday week. The yoga and activities were enjoyable and I loved that I learnt a lot about the yoga practice.
The Yoga and Wellness Retreat has really been one of the best experiences I have ever had. The accommodation and staff have been incredible in providing everything we could ever need, and the yoga and spa treatments have provided amazing relaxation and experience.
This week has been amazing and one I will never forget. The yoga classes were challenging, informative and allowed us to work at our own pace. The delicious healthy food and meditation practice have also made me feel wonderful and the therapist and treatments are second-to-none. I am glowing from head to toe, with a happy heart and a healthy body after my stay at ONEWORLD retreats.
This week in Bali has been such a beautiful eye-opening experience. I got a glimpse into the culture, spiritually and everyday life of the Balinese people and I am a better person for it. The spa treatments were world class and so affordable. I had treatments everyday since I was here! Jan is an amazing teacher; warm, friendly, funny, knowledgeable, and made you feel at home in a new land. The staffs were all lovely, and would do everything in their power to ensure your happiness. I found the yoga quite varied, but not demanding, a total beginner could definitely keep up with it. I can’t recommend it enough!

After travelling through South-East Asia for four months, this retreat was a great way for me to wind down at the end of my trip. It was actually the icing on the cake. I will definitely do another ONEWORLD retreat in the future.
